She really did explain it all! She wore awesome clothes, gave awesome advice - I knew if I could be half as cool as her, I’d never be unpopular. This cocktail is as awesome, colorful, loveable and as smart as Clarissa…with a touch of Ferguson - that ginger. Ugh. Ferg-Face.
Clarissa Explains It All Cocktail
2 oz Tonic Water
2 oz Hi-Ball Cranberry Apple
1 oz Raspberry Vodka
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
Sweethearts
Muddle two sweethearts (I used the yellow and orange) in raspberry vodka. Strain into a mixer and add the other ingredients. Shake with ice, and pour over ice into a glass. Garnish with sweethearts.
